계약직에서 정규직 전환된 경우 휴가산정 어떻게 하나요?

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">직원이 계약직으로 입사하여 근무하던 중 정규직으로 전환되었을 경우 근로관계의 단절이 없는 한 근무기간은 계약직 기간과 정규직 기간을 합산하여 산정하게 됩니다. 그러므로 2007년 7월 24일에 입사하여 2007년 12월에 근로관계의 단절없이 정규직으로 전환되었다면 퇴직금 및 연차휴가 산정은 계약직으로 입사한 기간으로 산정하게 됩니다. 2007년 8월 1일에 입사한 직원도 마찬가지입니다. </span><br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
