background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">근로자의 임금은 취업규칙이나 근로계약서에서 정한 정기 지급일에(근로기준법 제43조 제2항), 퇴직하는 경우에는 퇴직일로부터 14일 이내에 지급(근로기준법 제36조)하여야 합니다. 특히 근로기준법 제36조의 내용은 강행규정이므로 근로자와 회사간에 지급기일 연장을 합의하지 않는 이상 반드시 퇴직일로부터 14일내에 지급되어야 합니다.</span><br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
