background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">1. 근로자가 2007.2.1.~12.31.기간중 법정 기준에 따라 매월 발생한 11일의 연차휴가를 2008.1.1.~12.31.까지의 기간에 5개를 사용하였다면 2009.2.1.에 미사용한 연차휴가(6일분)에 대해 연차수당으로 보상해야 하며, 이 연차수당은 퇴직금산정시 300,000원의 1/4에 해당하는 75,000원이 평균임금에 반영됩니다. 2009.2.1.에 지급되는 연차수당은 퇴직함에 따라 발생하는 연차수당이 아니라, 연차휴가사용권이 끝남에 따라 발생하는 연차수당입니다.</span><br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
